The truth is, without a thorough home inspection performed by a qualified professional, neither the buyer nor the seller can really know what conditions may exist in a home.

As part of your home inspection, I will evaluate all the major elements of the home, including roofs, heating, cooling, structure, electrical, plumbing – and more.   I will also make sure you have a thorough understanding of the results so that you can make an informed home purchase decision.
